What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 30 days:

Retained for Legal Compliance: Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate analytics (e.g., total practice sessions) may be retained for up to 2 years solely for institutional reporting purposes, but will contain no personally identifiable information whatsoever.

Before You Delete – Things to Know

Please take a moment to read the following important notes before submitting your deletion request:

Loss of Progress: All your math practice history, scores, and achievements will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered after deletion.
Active Enrolment: If you are an actively enrolled student at Shraddha Institute, your account may need to remain active for the duration of your programme. Contact your teacher or administrator before requesting deletion.
Admin Accounts: If you hold an Administrator role, please ensure another administrator has access before deleting your account to avoid disruption to the Institute's operations.
Minor Accounts: Deletion requests for accounts belonging to users under 18 years of age must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
No Reactivation: Once the deletion is processed, the account cannot be reactivated. A new account would require re-enrolment through the Institute.
App Access: You will be immediately logged out of the App once deletion is confirmed, and access will be permanently revoked.

If you only want to temporarily stop using the App rather than permanently deleting your account, simply uninstall the App — your data will be safely preserved.

How the Deletion Process Works

Once you submit your request, here is what happens next:

Your deletion request is received and a reference ID is generated. You will receive an acknowledgement email within 72 hours.

Within 72 Hours

Identity Verification

Our team will verify your identity by cross-referencing the email address and name you provide with the registered account details, to prevent unauthorised deletion.

Within 5 Business Days

Account Deactivated

Upon successful verification, your account will be immediately deactivated — you will no longer be able to log into the App while deletion is being processed.

Immediate After Verification

Data Permanently Deleted

All personal data associated with your account is permanently and irreversibly purged from all our systems and backups. A final confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your Rights

Legal Rights Under DPDP Act, 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you have a legal right to request the erasure of your personal data. We are obligated to honour this right and process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
