Welcome to MathAdventure ("App", "we", "our", "us"), a mental mathematics and abacus learning application developed and published by Shraddha Institute. This Privacy Policy is designed to help users, parents, and guardians understand what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MathAdventure App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

MathAdventure is an educational mobile application developed to help students learn and practice mental mathematics and abacus-based arithmetic. The App is specifically designed for learners enrolled with Shraddha Institute's programs.

Upon account deletion or expiration, all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you (and parents/guardians of minor users) hold the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  1. Right to Access: You may request details about what personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
  2. Right to Correction: You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
  3. Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal requirements.
  4. Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to raise a grievance with us, which we will respond to within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 15 business days).
  5. Right to Nominate: You may nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in certain cases.
  6. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing of your data is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect any processing already carried out prior to the withdrawal.
